Alexander Nietosvuori was the first chef to win a Michelin star in Northumberland, North East England. Over more than two decades his career has seen him work in Michelin starred restaurants worldwide, giving him a wealth of experience in consistently preparing and delivering dishes to guests with refined palates who demand exceptional service, high-quality produce and beautiful presentation.
These are the guiding principles in everything Alexander and his team at Altitude provide to our clients. Coupled with Alexander’s experience of catering to private and executive jet guests he has developed menus and recipes that can be seamlessly delivered both in the client’s chosen premises and within the parameters of air travel. We pride ourselves on delivering unfailingly high levels of customer satisfaction and reliability, and treating each client with the utmost discretion.
We have two commercial kitchens we work from in the North of England, placing us perfectly for easy delivery to Newcastle (EGNT), Leeds (EGNM), Manchester (EGCC), Liverpool (EGGP), Edinburgh (EGPH), Glasgow (EGPF) and Inverness (EGPE).
